- Pregnancy Fitness & Nutrition classes/sessions: If you are joining our Pregnancy Fitness/nutrition classes please ensure you let us know how far you are in your pregnancy, also flag it to the instructors during your first session. - Pregnancy Fitness & Nutrition classes/sessions: If there are any health concerns, this should be flagged too so fitness instructors can guide you accordingly. - APPLICABLE TO ALL SESSIONS/EVENTS Refunds/Cancellations: Due to the nature of our sessions/events we are unable to support Refund or Cancellations. However we are happy for your session to be moved to an alternative date that may be available or can provide you with a credit note which you can use on our site by contacting us on email@example.com, we will then book you on the session of your choice/could be used towards purchase of products on our site. - CHILDREN'S ACTIVITIES: If attending our children's activity please confirm your child's age on the form during booking. - PHOTOGRAPHS: We take photos at our events/sessions which maybe used for marketing purposes, we always try not to capture faces but there could be cases where it is unavoidable.
